The name means "For a Better Architecture" and FAB Architecture's husband and wife team of Patrick Ousey and Pam Chandler are well-known from Los Angeles to Texas for creating exactly that. From residential custom designs, such as a 16,000 square loft residence, to local restaurants and retail buildings such as ASTI and North by Northwest, the FAB architectural team concentrates their design efforts in creatively integrating space, light, color and materials.
FAB’s designs have been showcased in some of the largest national design magazines, including Metropolitan Home, Luxe, Trends, Remodel Magazine & the book "25 Apartments & Lofts" by author James Trulove. Their awards include the AIA Austin Design Merit Award, the AIA San Antonio Design Merit Award, & the AIA Design Honor Award.
